DAMAGE AND REPAIR POLICY

Stained Glass Repair. Stained Glass Restoration. Glass Repair

Damage by transit: no cost to you. We cover return shipping, repair, and delivery.


If your piece arrives jacked up, please take detailed pictures of all the damage - to include the condition of the box - and email them to us within 24 hours of delivery.


Damage by owner: you pay all shipping and repair costs. We will assess the cost of repair and provide an estimate.


Damage by construction: no cost to you. The damage must be determined a constructional flaw by us and occur within 180 days of purchase. Example constructional flaws are failed jump rings, weak joints, solder defects, etc.
